Airport Housing Co-operative Society was registered as a fully pledged Society in 2009 under the Co-operative Society Act CAP 490, drawing members from Kenya Airports Authority and approved organizations.
Airport Housing Co-operative Society is physically located at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, at Kenya Airports Authority Head Quarters near the Fire Training School. The Society has grown tremendously through the years and has over 300 active members and is still growing gradually. Our main objective is to do investment for our members both in the County and diaspora, majoring in Land banking where we buy large pieces of land, subdivide them and sell to our members.
